Dreadful idea! My commiserations Cinds
Have you got tickets?
And if so, can you get your money back?
God - I hate Axl Rose
Utter twit
In fact I really dislike any of these "Rock God" idiots who believe their own hype - Berk Cobain is another
Berk Cobain has snuffed it. In one of his pop songs he sang "I don't have a gun!" and it appears that he was lying.
i think the famous anagram Axl Rose will make a pretty decent fist of it but. I don't see who else they could have chosen. Mebbees that gadjie out of the Pet Shop boys?
I feel your pain Cinds
I thought you were celebrating buying your new facial hair remover

Have you read "Heavier than heaven" - the biography of Berk Cobain?
Given the seal of approval as accurate from those who knew him - it paints a dreadful picture of quite a crazy and down right weird person. Remove the talent for song writing and Cobain was a rather antisocial nutcase.
Anyhoo here's a pic of Keith Lemon

Yes tickets for both London & Manchester. When we spoke to Ticketmaster yesterday they said at that point they had not been given official notice of the change of singer so no refunds would be offered. But they did also add that even when official notice is given they were unsure whether refunds would be offered then.

I present exhibit number 1.
Quite honestly Joe, I think that they should have just cancelled the rest of the tour, and that's coming from a die hard fan. No Malcolm, no Brian, it's basically no longer AC/DC, just Angus Young and friends.

TBH I do wonder if those things are any good.
(For a friend of course)
If it's any consolation I saw the famous fusion band Jethro Tull at The Sage. Ian can't really sing anymore, and he is surrounded by youngsters. Still s great gig though.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooo .... apparently
[ Apologies to Cinds in advance ]
At least when you're on the way to the concert, you can sing "I'm On A Highway To Hell..."
Seriously Cinds I hope you can resell the tickets somehow? R5L were saying the tour is more likely to sell out now, because of the curiosity value.
I would think it would. Admittedly I don't know very much about AC/DC but saw Guns n' Roses several times and would love to see 'em again.

You might have to take to social media and drum up a storm. I'm guessing the last thing they want to do it give out refunds.
There is a football chant you could use if you can drum up support from your fellow audience members and that is...
"Who Are Ya" (Repeat as many times as you can)
Or if you are feeling more sweary the other version is...
"Who the f****n hell are you"
Just as a matter of interest there was a bit in t'Grauniad about the previously mentioned anagram Axl Rose joining up with AC/DC. Apparently our local singer is annoyed at being "side walked" but what I also forgot is that one of 'em is up at court for serious offences and the rhythm guitarist has dementia. I wonder who place them and why it hasn't caused as much fuss?
The drummer Phil Rudd was replaced by Chris Slade he drummed for them back in the early 90's when Phil Rudd was originally sacked. Malcolm has retired due to dementia & was replaced by Stevie Young (their nephew). In my opinion the reason that didn't cause such a fuss is because they are in the background. Brian Johnson is the front man along with Angus.
I'm obliged!
Didn't Bev Bevan play with Black Sabbath as a stand in?
There are loads of examples!

I wonder how many people know that outside of rock?
I've never liked all that macho garbage
Gillan, Rainbow, Guns n Roses etc . . .
I was always a RUSH fan - the thinking man's rock 'outfit'
"tobes of hades lit by flickering torchlight" - brilliant
(not a clue what he was on about but never mind that now)

Quite a lot I'd imagine. I'm outside rock and I know. Oral Sex, what's his mental age, 13? What a twat he is!
Still, it's not for me to say if he'd be an ideal replacement for what's-his-name from ACDC as both bands are cack!
Ticketmaster have finally agreed to refunds.

Awww thank goodness Cinds!
I think you should both have an air guitar duel.

I think I've commented on here before that I rate the Cult but can't see the appeal of AC/DC at all! I know the general consensus is that the Cult were the (inferior) British AC/DC, but that to me sounds like a weaker Cult song, something that I'd think was a weaker song on a Cult album as it sounds inferior to the Cult's best work. The vocals are weak, the lyrics are lame and musicianship is sub-Cult. That said, I quite like it but I really can't stand "Thunderstruck" though! I concede that I might have misjudged AC/DC a bit.
