I still (ATM) want Gina to win but ............I think I'd like Callum to come in second place. Simply to shove it to all of them that jumped on the Callum bashing bandwagon in order to stop themselves being a target.

Jackie and Dan have a lot to answer for IMO. Dan couldn't stand the fact that Callum nominated him and Jackie is such a snob and couldn't bear seeing  'a council house boy' was pursuing her precious daughter. They have done a proper hatchet joh on him IMO.

Then why not stay civil?  if Callum is genuine like you guys say he is then he would stay true to the civilness that was there before.

But we aren't seeing the full story, Dexter said during the smash the box task he just wanted to get one over Callum, if he's behaving like that then I can see why Callum feels the way he does

That cuts both ways though. If you're trying to argue that Callum is not as nasty as some think....because we aren't seeing the full story. Then Dexter is just as possibly not as bad as you think....because we aren't seeing the full story!

He's being blamed for being too nice though so he can't be the nasty one

He's being too nice to the HM's he sees as favourites to win or who is popular inside the house.

He heard the booes Dexter got last night and after that here he is ranting about him again...at least Dexter is the same about Callum throughout.

We have to look way back as to who started it, I remember in week 2 that Dexter gave Callum some friendly advice about his "trying too hard to be nice to everyone that looks fake", it was then that Callum started ripping into Dexter and nominating him.

If I remember correctly, Dexter was actually trying to warn Callum, because other HMs were criticising his perceived fake niceness. By not mentioning that others had this perception of Callum, Dexter took the flak when Callum was offended. Callum then nominated Dexter in the F to F noms, which hurt Dexter who had thought Callum was a friend.

Is Dexter playing a game - of course he is. They all are, including Callum.

IMO, Callum's biggest problem is that his game was rumbled very early on and he didn't have a back-up plan. Somehow, in his head, this has all become Dexter's fault and Callum has become obsessive in his dislike of Dex.

Was having a go about the way Callum speaks to/treats Sam... (at least he does speak to him and makes an effort )

Do you know what?

You are all right.

And you are all wrong.

I think it's all a case of perspective. If you like HM-A and dislike HM-B, you will more than likely have a negative opinion of HM-B and anything they do or say and to some extent you will view HM-A with rose tinted glasses and not see them negatively even when they do or say something which you criticised HM-B for. Reading through the comments made since the start of this years BB it's quite evident.

I like to think I am pretty balanced, but this years BB seems to have garnered some very distorted posts and views on GGJJ BB threads.

Just as a final comment, I made the comment on numerous occasions within a couple of weeks long before anyone else that Callum was playing some form of game and is probably not the person he tries to portray.

I've only really watched it this week, I think he's certainly playing the biggest game of all...I stick to my instinct and still say he's the most manipulative in there

*from what I have watched, I want Gina to win*

Totally agree, that's my reading of this situation.

Soozy, I remember Hazel getting flak from FMs for the way she responded to Callum's advice, especially when she responded completely differently when Dan said the same thing to her a few days later.

I have read the odd book on the subject.

Something I find fascinating.
