I feel different about her at different times. I have no problems with how she acts with Marcus, but by her own admission, she is 'superficial and materialistic' (said in a chat with Marcus the other night) She does , however know she has a lot to learn about life and maybe the house will help her in this!
Not one of my favourite hms, but there are a lot worse!

I've voted no feelings either way, but don't really mean that.

She has been instrumental in giving us loads to talk about during this BB, you can't say she's boring in that respect (where's Hira all the time?).

I think she does lead the men on, she's aware of how men react to her and encourages it.

She's not my favourite housemate, but I do give her credit for livening up this BB.

I'm wondering now if I should have voted she knows what she's doing? Talk about not knowing your own mind. And I'm not even blonde!

Noirin, I find, is a woman who wants to think she is confident and self aware when in fact she is neither. I think Marcus has, over the weeks, convinced her that the only person she can trust is him and now she is unable to break the cycle. This means even when she is telling him that she just wants to be friends she is also worried about how she will cope without his support. Every time she starts to get friendly with any others in the group Marcus is there undermining her basic instincts about people. It's almost like the Stockholm Syndrome. Mollie it's an uphill struggle on here .....but if you push on so will I - we are few in number but ...............exhausting as it is - I'm pushing on.

Public opinion is very, very unfair on the girl IMO. The knobheads that go all ga ga over her need to take responsibility for their own behaviour IMO.

I think she picks her victims carefully, men like Sree and Marcus would'nt get anywhere near someone like her in RL. So she played them, they got her noticed. I'm not sure how she would be able to handle Tom, l don't believe she would be able to manipulate him, as she has done with the other two.

I think you are right there, which is probably why she has steered clear of him Nod

I think she knows whats shes doing.I think shes always used her charms to be able to get on in life and has always set the rules.I think getting mixed up with Marcus was a big shock for her.She met someone who wasnt going to play by her rules. She tried to get out and side with camp Lisa who rejected her.She had nowhere left to go but back to her constant Marcus.Someone mentiones Stockholm Syndrome earlier and I think to an extent thats true.In fact yesterday I'd have agreed totally. But the fact she was so keen to respond to Siavash the second Marcus was out of the picture doesnt really add up.

Have to say the whole things an enigma to me.I really didnt see the thing with Siavash coming. As far as I could see she'd given him only cursory interest before last night.

I really developed a dislike for Noirin a couple of weeks in. I haven't really forgiven her for saying English girls were easier than Irish girls and then leading the men on. She should have put a stop to Sree and Marcus long before she said anything.

That said I am frustrated by the way Marcus is treating her, she is now speaking up and he refuses to let go. She asks his permission to do things and is effectively letting him control her time in the house and the confident Noirin is being replaced by a bit of a wimp. It must be hard for her not wanting to upset her friend but she is doing it at her own expense. She has moved way down my list of evictee priority though after weeks at the top.

You are just confused because you don't understand human motives or social interactions.

Noirin did not use Marcus at all.

You are oblivious to Noirin's numerous positive because you don't understand the social situation or her sophisticated interaction style and consideration for others.

Not how I saw it..she had worked hard on getting a foot in the Lisa camp and then Kris was evicted and she scuttled back to Marcus faster than a ferret up a drainpipe.
Now, according to this forum, she has learned that Siavash is fav to win and lo and behold she is under the duvet with him.

Sorry to say that I am a sad soul that Sky+S about 4 hours a night since it started as I am missing the secret channel and that is my take on the matter. I know I am in a minority but that is how I see it.
