Leaving aside Shabby's innuendo on BBBM, my understanding is that Nikki can't have children - it's a side-effect of her childhood anorexia. Apparently, she's never even had a period...

Nikki has starved her body for years of vital nutrients, calcium for bones,Vit D,C etc.That it will sadly have consequences.Fetility gone,nature won't allow a pregnancy in a fragile body.She's nearing thirty.She should be in her prime,she still looks ill.She will also lose bone density early, leading to osteoporisis and the risk of fractures.Such a shame for her.
I'm sure Nikki has said that her eating probs have rendered her infertile! I would be suprised if she was preggers!
Good for her if she's put weight on and is happy with herself, it's a hard illness to get through

From what I've read, she's infertile, has never had a period and also has osteoporosis in her spine.
I never liked the little horror, but I do feel sorry for her for this.
