I watched part one of three and love it, especially Grand Central Station history and renovation.

Yes, that way of delivering looks very simple but clever. It seems to be like Uber for pizza delivery. I don't know if you saw it but the delivery person uses their mobile to accept jobs from any fast food restaurant. GPS tells the outlets where each driver is and they can accept or decline the delivery job.

I'm sure he likened New Yorks waste to the whole of Scotland, I just missed the timeframe - I suspect it to be quite short.

Everything really is BIG in New York.
Even the amount of apples they sell each day in one store.
