When I first moved to Newcastle from only Durham (just 14 miles) I learned the knew word of 'micey' as a description of someones personality.  Apparently it means someone that is very argumentative bordering on mental?

My nan was a Yorkie ..........when she thought someone thought they were a bit posh or above themselves ......they were Lah Di Dah ...............there was an FM with that name once - it always tickled me.
