I just got HTTP status 503. Application not currently available. Apache tomcat/6.0.20 on I.E 8 if that helps

Well, I did report that as a bug. Might take longer than a servlet restart, but hopefully we'll get it fixed for you. And in the meantime, try to get it right the first time.
