It's worth making a note of the points scored by the second placed team as the team with the highest of the first round also goes through to the semi finals.

1 James' team (M&S dessert developers) 140 points
2 Neil's team (secret chefs) 131 points
3 Reece's team (young guns) 117 points

Episode 2:
1 Liam's team (military) 142 points
2 Felicien's team (Savoy) 117 points
3 Kumiko's team (the only all female team) 112 points

So at present, Neils team is at the top of the second placed teams.
