Thanks for the info Sprout We have had several strange phone calls lately.... and some of those  *your puter is virused*

I do one of two things:

1) Wait for my phone to ring 5 times, if its some scammy/sales people they usually hang up after the 5th ring.

2) If i forget to let the phone ring and answer it, I'll ask them if they can "hold on for a moment". I then go back to whatever it is i was doing: work, playing video games, buying ties online. And leave them hanging

 That's a good one Rawky... I must try that. I usually let the computer scam people prattle on, and make them repeat everything a couple of times and then say *well I'm amazed ... cos I don't have a computer!!* 

LOL!      Apparently these peeps don't answer though. It's one of those.   I'm looking for a way I can block it on my phone, but so far nothing yet and I'm on the TPS anyway 

I get loads of them and lately Ive been asking them if when they are old and looking back on their lives whether trying to steal money off people on the phone will make then feel happy and fullfilled and their children proud

or i just hang up
