Interior of the building needs some work

The boy is desperately in need of training. This guy is far too hands off and needs to get in there and help guide him. To me he is sticking his head in the sand somewhat. He should sell up, best thing he could do.

Exterior isn’t great either.

They should both have some sort of coordinating uniform to at least give the impression it is well run place.
