...that is the saying isn't it? Meaning don't drink wine and lager!!

Why, oh why, oh why, didn't I remember this last night!!!

I don't feel well..... I'm too old for this (38).... I have washing machine stomach... a film of alcohol sweat on my forehead... and a general feeling of urghhhh. And... I didn't even feel drunk last night, in fact I'm pretty sure I wasn't!

But I did have a stella after the wine was all gone! Stuuuupid

Its age.....I used to be GREAT at drinking - now I'm the wrong side of 35 hangovers last for DAYS. Its just not fun anymore.

You didn't 'sound' at all drunk Ditty!!!So here's the test- did you cleanse, tone moisturise and brush your teeth before you got into bed?

Maybe you're proper ill Ditty 'cos you certainly didn't seem pished, (not like one or two others on here in the early hours!) I often say, when I have a bad hangover, that if I'd woken up feeling like this and hadn't been drinking, I'd be calling an ambulance!

Dunno Soops... I think it is a hangover... its too mild for an illness, but is enough to pish me off for the day.

I'd rather it was a hangover than being ill.

LOL!!! No... thankfully I didn't actually do any retail therapy.... but I do have a rather ambitious birthday wish list for Mr Ditty... which on reading it this morning, I'm thinking prob best not to give it to him.

I think he'll feel I am taking the pish a bit! Posh candles n all.

He is emailing his mum to bring me some creme de la mer over from the states next month though.... Result!!

it's something to do with the body expelling any excess of some B vitamin or something..

an (ex) friend of mine who is a right caner put me on to it.. he swore by it..

berocca and then a bacon butty and a big mug of tea.. works every time..
