I love "It's always sunny in Philadelphia"  on Netflix - takes a bit to get into and described as "Seinfeld on Crack", Seinfeld, a show I loved back in the day,  It's a show that makes a mockery of smug British condescending sneering at Americans that they don't get irony or appreciate intelligent humor.  Locke and Key is an entertaining supernatural drama I'm watching too.

Game of Thrones isn't on Netflix, but the hype is justified as far as I'm concerned.  Hype usually is kryptonite to me but Game of Thrones drew me in from the first episode.

We’ve had Netflix for a while.

I recently watched the film, Dunkirk and can recommend it. Victoria and Abdul was another one I enjoyed.

(Films tend to be there for a limited time)

I rewatch series like Line Of Duty - love it - and Outnumbered.

I like Scandi dramas like Bordertown

I watched documentaries like Blackfish and Making A Murderer

Oh, and Monty Don’s Italian Gardens is on there too.

I watched the whole series of The Stranger, I'd recommend that as a suspense drama of twists and well-detailed characters of the kind the BBC, ITV and Channel 4 often do very well!

It has all the production quality and writing that you'd expect of a high profile British drama from the usual terrestrial channels but on Netflix.  I can see why the BBC's days as a license fee-funded broadcaster are probably numbered.

This is from the same author of Safe, another excellent series ( Harlan Coben)
