I always vote for Eastenders

 

on the mail website I've just seen pics of all the corrie cast arriving for the award ceremony this evening.

 

I did my voting about 2 weeks ago .... the vote has now closed, I noticed.

I'm a Corrie fan so I voted for Corrie..I find EE deeply depressing..I also hope Natalie Gumede(Kirsty) walks off with best actress/newcomer..

I voted for Hollyoaks....

lol it is .... when I watch EE it's always good to know someone has more trouble &  strife than you ..... makes my life seem like a dream

I've recorded a fillum to watch tonight. Clean skin-I hope it's ok.

If I'd seen where to vote I'd have chosen Corrie, I won't be watching but hope to read somewhere that Corrie wins a few categories

Are there any foreign categories? We caught the second Saturday Borgen episode last night. About the best thing on the box.

i haven't had a chance to catch it, but have only good things from friends I know who do watch it. I also loved Lillyhammer..

Think you made the best decision. The awards are not a programme I would want to watch. Giving awards to soaps seems incongruous to me.

I've just read t'Grauniad review! They didn't like it!

I have a friend who bases all of his film watching based on the Guardian reviews. He says that his view of a film very closely matches the review in the Guardian.

 

I take a different approach. I watch a film and decide whether I like it or not. Although I wish someone would have warned me off The Love Guru. I thought it was a dreadful film.

Gave up on it after three minutes last night.

Gutted that Kirsty didn't win, no way does the EE whisperer deserve it over her. Delighted though Corrie won Best Soap, well deserved

I didn't want to watch it in case the Ant and Dec won an award. I'm sure that the locals one day will complain to the peelers about the foul language emanating from chez joe. Now please direct me to the Films X 3 thread.

The R5 midnight news just did a spoof article suggesting that the pisspoor Mrs Browns Boys won the best sit com!!!

Anyway, since I can't search for Films x 3 on m'phone. EC! We watched a fair chunk of Cleanskin. It doesn't appear as bad as the reviews suggested. A bit gratuitous and rather like a rejected Spooks script. We are convinced that Miss Rampling turns down roles unless she can smoke and the name Tuppence Middleton caused much amusement. We wondered if she had a sister called Titty. Looking forward to finishing the film tomorrow.

A friend asked if I watched Mrs Brown's Boys, I said no, she said it was really funny so I tuned in one night, after giving it 10 minutes I tuned out

10 minutes - you did well. I think I gave it about three and a half. My mum loves it 

Apparently a lot of people like it and post clips of it online, I just didn't get what's funny about it

My mum and Dad love it too, I hate it

 

Well done for Corrie on their awards , felt a bit sorry for Emmerdale as they did really well on their live show

anyone here actually watch the show last night? Only asking cos This Morning are banging on about getting their 3rd award in a row for daytime Tv. . I mean it's not like they have any competition really. . who were they up against?

 

I don't mind the show apart from their penchant for getting Keith Lemon on there and the stupid soap spoilers segments tho it does mean that the fact I have not watched a soap for over 10 yrs doesn't matter cos I know what's going on anyway, feel sorry for people who do watch them cos no way they'd be surprised at anything.,,  and then there is the crap fashion segments ..in fact most of it really but tis ok for background noise .. but they won a category that had no bluddy  competition and are seriously pissing me off about it today..
