 Saw a programme about it a couple of years ago. Even baby rice can have arsenic in it! 

Good grief 

It’s naturally occurring but rinsing the rice in cold water removes the arsenic

I like fresh salmon , but cooked!

We had a lovely salmon and prawn salad platter yesterday (from Costco) 

I was going to have it today ...but firstly my gd stayed longer than I expected ....then I had the fridge drama ....so I just had ham sarnies
