Hey Isadora. I don't think I have heard much or anything by Rainbow.
Will give it a go, but it's one of those disabled videos, so will have to link off.
I love stories of unrequited love. I thought I would post this song which for me defines the very feeling, the soul-weeping loss of one who loves, but is not loved by the other. Yes Josie, this song is for you.

LOLOLOL.
I loved this in the Eurovision song contest.
Why this did not win I do not know,

I'm feeling in a rather dark mood.
Eurovision is just a bit too light for my taste tonight.

Yes, it's a bit like our discussion yesterday about the Human League. The current line-up "Dare" onwards is Human League Mark II. The original Human League minus the girls was my fave period.
I picked This Corrosion as it was commercially quite sucessful and I guessed some of the people here would know the song. I also like Dominion and Lucretia.
Like yourself I was brought up on the original Sisters. FALAA is a cracking album. I also loved all of the great 12" singles like Temple of Love etc..
I even picked up The Sisterhood album - did you?

I did but I hated it. It was a hippy album basically. Hussey went back to his roots. Tower of Strength was epic though, specially the 12 inch version. When I think of the Sisters I still think of ?Anaconda and Alice. The stuff Eldritch did when they split up was always missing something. I hate when amazing bands break up because of egos. The tarts.

Soz, but boppin in my chair to my Cher song
i win. Hands down.
I have selected this because of the band name "M" which will probably be the first band listed under M.
And the fact that they thought they were quirky spelling pop music wrong.
