A few mentioned he's in their thoughts so i thought i'd update everyone.....

He's out of his incubator today... off the ventilator again (he got an infectiontion and had to go back on it on Monday)....... and he's doing well... so well that they are happy to move him out of the high dependancy room he's in if another baby comes in that needs his spot

Going to see him Sunday when he will be 6wks old

Oh and he was lb 6oz midweek

Awwwwwwwwwwww - so tiny and so cute Jen. Glad to hear he's making steady progress. Mus. be such a scary time for your brother and his wife.

Soozy i posted on here the other day his poor mum had the scariest experience.... she was cuddling him (while on the ventilator (he was back on before Monday i made a mistake there.. i'm speaking to them most days so it blurs into one a little bit) Anyway his Mum was cuddling him while he was on ventilator (1st time with it on) And he suddenly stopped breathing.. His tube had become block and with it he just couldn't breath..... Q nurses rushing in with alarms going off etc... She was in tears BUT that was all on Monday and today is good!!!

I know he is still really tiny but you can see the difference in him.

I cant wait for him to go home to get a cuddle. Although if my 11yr old is there i doubt I'll get a look in....... she was begging us to say she had dwarfism and was just short for an 18yr old so she could get in to see him

Yay, go Archie He's looking a lot bigger in those new pics Jen, and great news that he can come off the ventilator. I'm not sure if I actually posted in here before but I keep reading it and wondering how he is getting on

Oh i forgot to tell you all.

My brothers best friend (they've been mates since they were like 12) Well he and his Mrs were expecting a baby boy too. Due a week before/after Archie was due..... On Sunday i got to his little baby too cos he was born on 2nd July at 31 weeks and was just 2 doors down from Archie in the hospital! The odds of them both expecting and due at the same time are mad but to then both have premies too? He's doing really well though and doesn't need any help etc. He weighed 3lb11oz

I missed the updated pics too - you can see a big difference in him already.  Go Archie!  

Well his breathing help has been down graded again and he's been doing really well
