It went really well, just seen the last of the people not staying over off and we are all just having a couple of hours to rest/freshen up...   we are all going out for a family dinner later... 

I have opted to stay completely off the booze today & tonight...    been a good move so far...  

I feel ok...    better than I have done in months....  

I love her, but she's gone now, time to start living again and loving those still here
