Pirate there are no words I can say that will bring you any comfort at this sad time. You did your best for her, she knew how much you loved her. You could have done no more. In time the memories will come of happier times. God Bless.

in-laws left me and sis in the room-sis said her bit-so i held moms hand and said i was sorry i hadnt seen her for so long, i was always a little bastard and she knows it cos thats the way i am made-that everyday i thought of her & i love her she squeezed my hand & rolled her eye-i made a joke saying 'dont roll your eyes when im talking'
but i knew, then she took a big breath-i ran out room & shouted for a doc/anyone then legged it outside to older bro & in laws & OH & said to come quick
but she'd died
first time i'd seen my elder bro today in 14yrs
and my dad died 16yrs ago today
