We are all with you hun. Ive posted about probs Ive had on here in the past, dont be embarressed, lots of us have. It helps, coz other fms are genuinly concerned and want to help, and some may have had the same probs as you and can help or give advice

I gave up alcohol many years ago but I must say I've never been more tempted to jump off the wagon, I know there are no answers at the bottom of a bottle but there is numbness and I must say that is pretty alluring at this time.

I honestly don't know but would urge you to err on the side of caution. Perhaps you could ring a NHS hotline or something?

There's loads of threads to play around in - why not try a few of them until you feel more relaxed?
