Got weighed this morning - LOST 8lbs
So .... i have lost 2stone 3lbs in 6 weeks
Planning to continue til i lose another 2 stone
This period has almost been a revelation and defo wot a lazy boy needed - a new attitude towards not only my food but my general health and approach to it all.
You know how you get up and go to work every day for years cos ... basically you have to - its a way of life. Well thats how i feel about my diet - i feel i should not cheat and its not wot shud be happening in my life - kinda like just not bothering to turn up to work or school.
Hmmm its an odd feeling i hope continues . . . .

So i GAINED TWO pounds ... awww come on all i had wa ONE digestive biskee.
Nursey was flummoxed too - hmmm
BUT i still feel as though i'm heading in the right direction - feel geat, looking much,much slimmer - hard to beleive really.
TWO more stone to go and 5 or is it 6 more weeks.

OK here goes . . . . . . . . . . . . I, LOST 3 lbs !!
So in total i have lost 2 stone 5lbs in 7weeks (hope my weeks n pounds are right)
Soooooo next week i plan to lose 5 lbs to get me to 13stone ded
And then ... just 2 stone to go

I got weighed today - it sed i LOST 13 lbs in one week - that aint right at all
So - i went to Boots - and it sed i lost only 5lbs
So - bear with me - i texted the lady that weighed me and she sed that was 8lbs different and that she had just weighed someone else and that it "was right"
HUH??
So i got no idea wot i really weigh
HOWEVER ... which ever you believe - i have LOST AT LEAST 5lbs
The bad news is - i still have a long long way to go
But the main thing is that you continue to lose weight.
You are doing a really good job. I admire your determination. Well done.

So - my decision is to come off 3 supplements now and go to TWO supplements with TWO real (small) meals and introduce plenty of exercise as i am getting so bored with it all. I'm not hungry or desiring to over eat ... its just i'm sick of the foods i have to eat ... this way i have more variety in low calorie amounts - plus i can make the most of the summer and get active. I hope it means i will lose faster - not slower.

Well done Renton I found the best way was not to have scales in my home.Weight fluctuates on various days, it can easily make me down hearted if for no reason I had gained a couple of pounds. I have scales now, just to make sure my weight doesn't creep up, touch wood it's been stable since Christmas.
Don't dwell on the fact you still have a long way to go. Just remember how far you have already come.
Give yourself a couple of night a week treats and the rest of the time eat/drink sensible when you've reached your target...that's how I'm doing it and it seems to be working fine, so far, touch wood and crosses everything
