a 1 year should be in bed this time of night but the odd now and again wont hurt. i took my kids out that late and later...mainly family parties or something tho rather than just the pub...when my 11 month old was 3 months old he came to my brother's birtyhday party and he loved it....mainly cos he is an attention whore
