the 1st agency i went to a few years back helped me buff it out as i didnt elaborate enough on my experience. but it went to 3 pages. and the new agency said i need to condense and move the important things to the 1st page. whereas before i just did things in date order. so old relevant work experience was on page 3!!!

plus with the current job climate, people need to see all your major shizzle A.SAP. if they gotta read too much they will hit reject!

now it looks BRILLIANT!

i agree. its a MAJOR chore. if u really dont know where to start, take it to a CV bank/agency. just put everything on there, then work on relevancy and dates.

i knew mine needed help but i wasnt sure how, as i was scared id delete summat that was relevant.

Anyone know where u can make a PDFs?? my library dont have that facility and I dont like sending through Word files as people have different format set ups. i want my CV to show EXACTLY as ive formatted it. Big Grin

Sounds easier than polishing my CV! Big Grin

Thanks Scrumtum, Thumbs Up I'll have to get around to it, it's mess and like you I'm afraid I'll delete what's relevant or what I regard as rubbish is a good point.
