There is an art to trying to organise your rota in advance i think

FInd out wot he is working if he has a set rota - ask for your rota to be set out similar (not the same) if you can - giv any reason, wedding, funeral, dentist, lol

He works 4 days on 4 days off but hes been doing over time at the mo coz hes short on cash. My rota is set in stone Monday - Saturday (Sunday early hours)

So you don't have some evenings off together?

He is the first nice genuine person i have met in years but the thing that really sets him apart from the others is the chemistry between us sexually. He really gets me going. I dont know how, i dont know why he just does it for me!

She probably feels akward although its normally the woman who makes the firt move towards getting things back on track so i would take a guess that she feels there are still unresolved issues. Get in touch with her, keep it light and breezy.

She replied to one which sed - "you're ignoring me - i won't text again"

There are defo unresolved probs - i sed i ahd tried my best to make it up with her and there was nothing eose i cud do

She still giving me silence and we got staff night out on thursday!!!

I texted that - cos we were meant to go view a new place to work and she is desperate to move on - but ignored the offer

Sounds like you have tried. Theres not much more you can do. Think it comes down to a choice. Hold your head up high and hope she misses and gets in touch or chase her (not gaurenteed she will be flattered and you may come off badly)

I wish i knew what it suggests. My friend is in a similar situation with a guy. When they are together hes lovely to her her and seems intrested. so she will call/txt to meet up again and gets ignore so she carries on calling/txting and eventually they meet up after hes decided not to ignore her. Course shes giving him what he wants if you get what i mean. But nows shes stuck in a rut. I myself cut contact when i feel im getting ignored i feel im worth more and it always leads to getting your feelings hurt in my experiance.
