So i had my appointment with C.A.B on Friday. I took down the vast majority of paperwork which i felt relevent. Firstly i told the guy about what i felt would be the solution (going bankrupt) he then explained to me all the pros and cons of going bankrupt. He then told me it may not be too late to try and consolidate and reduce my payments. He felt the best thing to do would be to make an expenditure of all my monthly incomings and out goings then make a decision about the best course of action to take. He helped get me started on my expenditure but there was some info missing (my water rates which i haven't paid the whole time iv lived at my flat. He gave me the number for the company so i can get in touch and get an up to date bill) and some other bits and bobs.

So once i have all the info in place im to make another appointment and hes going to go through it all with me looking at what can be done. God i feel sorry for him.

Just want to say a huge thanks to everyone one on here especially Tupps & Queen of the high teas. Its been a huge relief now that iv started dealing with it.
