Thats posh, and difficult to do I imagine Cinds.
Not posh, but fraught. I've cooked them once before about 7 years ago. I've made a red onion marmalade to go with them.
It's the feckin egg whites that's the problem bit. I screwed the first lot up, had enough still in to try again, but dropped egg yolk in to the whites, so had to send the boy to the shop to get more eggs.
Place key into lock
Turn
Vrooom
Go down the shops and buy one
Not near as much fun.
Although, I do love the vroom of my car when I put my foot down, sends my head back, never get tired.
I did it..... they were delicious
Eaten with a home made red onion marmalade. *drools again*
They sound delicious.
Where's mine ours..?
Well done, they look lovely!
Oooooooooooh they look gorgeous - I love a bit of goats cheese.
I'm the opposite... the red onion marmalade has my mouth watering... the goat's cheese does too, but only in a pre vomit kinda way.
Tend not to get too many of those in the hedgerows GJ!
i detest Goats cheese - but those look lovely Cinds
Well give it a go; it's lovely You don't even have to use red ones - ordinary brown ones will do.

We'll want a forum taste testing session
I made it before to have with chicken liver pate, it was delish. Can't remember where I got the recipe from though - it's printed out at home and I'm visiting the 'rents atm, so will let you know when I get back

And now my gagging vomit level is sky high.
They turned out really well, Cinds.
They look really good cinds. Were the strong or mild, I dont mind goats cheese but it has to be really just a hint or i find it too much. I LOVE red onion marmalade.
I've never tried goats cheese. I'm not very adventurous in the food department... though I'm trying to taste more things
Ohh, im adventurous in flavour but not meat. I dont eat meats and I cant eat any sea filth either.
Ohh yeah, I eat fish, like proper fish. But no sea insects of any sort dont do oysters or muscles or prawns or any of that
I love muscles and oysters, prawns have to be the really giant ones. I even moved from the sea in to ponds, I love snails
If I may say so.
If I may say so.
it's lovely and very spicy.
