Don't want to make light of it Heat but Maryport docks looks a hell of a lot better than the last time I saw it in the 70s even after a freak wave has hit it

A load of my family emigrated to South Africa from Maryport in the 1700's I found out recently.

heat, the audio versions of books are a really good alternative so you should be able to get stuck into your Churchill books with a vengeance lol.

I read a short synopsis of Prey on Amazon but not enough to spoil the book for me.  It is nothing like anything I've read before.  But I am looking on this as a way of me breaking away from one genre.  It will stop me being so tunnel visioned about things and less set in my ways!

I think Croc has ordered it and Shar says she may buy it over the weekend, so by 16 October we should all have our copies.

I'm well ta - been out tonight with the girlies - we rode our bikes to a pub about 2 miles away ... had wine, then weaved our way home through the fair which is in town

What a sight we were - all very sensible in our reflective jackets and flashing armbands!!!
