 We have an overview and instructions for the characters which we'll send out once we have confirmed who is who .... I have some amendments to make to dates and times as we are changing to Sunday, but should get this done tonight.

 Hopefully everyone will have their characters by later tonight....I can't  give out characters ....I'm the only one who knows who the murderer is so it's best if that's done by Ducky because then it's totally fair.  We will try to get sorted  asap

 Bet Black - Pit Boss - (give her a spin, you just might win!)

 Tommy Gunn - Mobster - (he shoots first and asks questions later!)

I'll make sure Prom, Muf and James get a male character each (unless they would prefer a female of course? )

I've just checked...and the xfactor final finishes at 9:30..... it may be a good idea to wait to start till then? But I'll check that with Hooch.
