...oh and Tupps.

But it seems we are the only ones left of the Bea Brigade. It turns out that because she shot down 'Lord' Halfwit and told him what she really thinks of him (y'know being honest), she deserves to be ripped apart and anyone who likes her is branded a 'fool'.

It seems people forget she confronted Kenneth, David, Noirin and Lisa. Told Freddie his attitude has changed, which it has, and she doesn't like it. Plus she didn't even nominate Freddie, even after his tirade of rule breaking, because as she said 'the curtains aren't closed on our friendship, i just need space'.

Oh well, looks like us 3 (and anyone else if they want to join Thumbs Up) is fighting this 'war' by ourselves. *plays that wartime trumpet song*

Her 'crime' is not to be as forthright as perhaps she should be ironically. There is a very easy way to deal with Freddie and his vapours.. tell him to '**** right off' and 'no, I'm not going to spend the next week being ambushed to discuss it like I was in couples bleeding counselling and end up looking like a right shit because you make me frustrated enough to want to extract your soul and use it as a bum wipe.. go away'.

Oh I can imagine the posts now. Ninja

I'm afraid I would make Bea, on the face of it, look like Mother Teresa.. but hopefully what I had to say to him, I'd only have to say once. Ninja

I dont like Bea anymore, but then I dont like Freddie either. The reason Ive gone off Bea is coz she backstabs all of them and you never know who she really likes. People complaining to offcom about her "making" Freddie cry is going too far. He thought it funny and was laughing when she was slagging off David to him. He should remember that! Shake Head

Oh he's just a bliddy tit sometimes. I'd imagine out in the RL he's probably not so 'rebel without a cause'.. but in there he's like a pubsecent boy showing off.

What they should do is get a BB 'voice' (female natch) who will put him in his place with a snappy one liner. He'd be like putty in their hands I bet.

I know what you mean LMS. Sometimes I think 'ssssshhh Bea' because she forgets that a truly blinding game is to play the HMs but still keep the audience kinda on your side.

Freddie.. well.. I don't think he is as green as he is cabbage looking and I don't think he is as perfect/innocent/naive/blameless as some on the forum would claim.

When Freddie said "Your voice is literally giving me a panic attack" I laughed out loud and then thought well he has driven Bea round the bend with his constant analysing. It was only 2 nights ago when she said "Do you have any idea what inflicting all your crap does to people" Laugh Big Grin
He did himself no favours there. Behaved like a child totally. Shake Head

the whole episode had me in fits! in a way i did feel a bit sorry for him as he's a sensitive chap but then there's another part of me thinking.. no one is THAT dramatic in real life.. is he playing games? Playing the victim for the public??

I knew people would start complaining as their precious Freddie over-reacted. If the tables were turned and Freddie went off on one to Bea to the point where she was convulsing in fear everyone would be singing his praises!....everyone but me Shake Head

This shows a revolting lack of compassion for someone in genuine distress.

I felt some 'awwwww' during the first part. That was rapidly going when I heard him recount what happened to Siavash with added spin and inflection.. and it went completely when he said to Bea that she had called him a 'negative little man'. He is one of those people who has an argument and 10 minutes later he's changed the script and added to it. I can not bear people like that. In fact.. that would be called 'Gaslighting' and is a form of emotional abuse. Nod

As much as I dislike the mega wimp that is Freddie,I found last nights HLs extremely uncomfortable. He was clearly having trouble articulating himself, yet she continued to browbeat him til he broke down.Unpleasant on both sides.
Equally unpleasant was other HMs reactions.Only Marcus,Siavash and Roddy seemed to give a monkeys that Freddie might need to offload.Others blatantly ignored him.
I've been one of Beas biggest fans til now.She was definitely the shot in the arm the show needed, but AFAIC shes over egged the pudding. Her tone to Freddies last night was nasty. She then confuses him by denying she said what she had.She goes running to David(the so-called Yorkshire Pudding) and Lisa(the so called cockroach) with her passive aggressive bollox...'I dont know what I've done'.She knows exactly what shes done..and its game over now.

Would it be different if she spoke to Lisa like that??Well theres a good question..and had she defended Freddie to Lisa then I think she would have been a heroine. But its a moot point. Will she ever talk to Lisa like that??Doubtful.
1.Lisa would be a match for her and wouldnt struggle to find her words
2.Why on earth would she need to??Shes already created the divsions she needed to ensure her survival in the house for the time being
