My mouth is watering .............................I simply adore peanut butter but it's mega fattening. I simply refuse to buy it as I can eat it by the spoonful. My fave sandwich in the world is cream cheese, peanut butter and banana in a bagette. Absolute Heaven.

The sound of that frightens me! I can't do all that weird mixy stuff. Like I don't understand how people can have a chicken and bacon sandwich. I could never eat more than one meat at a time
My son puts season all on his bacon before he grills it. He also likes ham on toast. It's too much!

It doesn't have to be that expensive, either. It's the alcohol that hikes the price up and as I don't drink it's not a problem. But when I did used to drink with my food it was not uncommon to have a ÂĢ50 bottle on the table. (and a jug of free tap water ) I'm of the notion that if you're gonna go out to eat in a good restaurant, then might as well really enjoy the experience.
Home cooking (done by a good cook - ergo, not me) can be equally as satisfying though.

Did you know that porridge used to be cooked and poured into a porridge drawer? then when it was cold it would be sliced and eaten as a slice of porridge. Yumeeee
I eat my porridge with milk and sugar. I once knew a Russian guy who said in Russia they put a knob of butter to melt in it.
