I couldn't move - i have w-a-y too much 'stuff'

awww pirate ... don't frighten me. We are thinking of moving over the next few years ... tbh the thought of the attic and garage sends me into spasm!!

That's the kick up the arse to get rid of what you don't use/want though

OH went to ikea today & got new bedding..but wants to keep the old stuff that we forgot we had!

we forgot about that bedding as we didnt like it

I am of the belief if I haven't worn/used it in 12 months, I don't need it.  And it goes the journey.

I used to love moving ( i did it often enough) before i had kids..... now ummm it would be a great way to get rid of a load of crap that's too god to throw away but we dont need...

my Blondie collection for a start

but i keep that in my cupboards which will go in new pc room

but im amazed at the amount of stuff we've just found that NEEDS to be kept..just in case..

My daughter often asks where stuff has gone  

I have git much better than I was but I'm still a bit of a klingon. Sometimes that's good - I'm getting into old clothes that I loved but never threw out when I gained weight. I'm finding it hard to get rid of the stuff that doesn't fit me anymore

Actually I'm off to dig out an ancient pair of Levi 501's that were my favourite years and years ago ..........................they have not gone anywhere near me in years but I've kept them as a reminder.

If I manage to get into them I'll be over the moon. (Probably wouldn't dream of wearing them though).

shhhhhh!! I should be chucking stuff out and packing etc for the move .. but I just keep looking at it and going .."Naaaaaaaaaaaahhhh!!" Not a clue where to start!

I'm in the belief..if you don't have to feed it, it can stay..we moved once and mr stonks thought he was clever leaving things in the loft..I've never forgiven him because in some of the boxes were childhood memories, photo albums and silver wear....to throw something away that means alot to someone is like betrayal to me, the person throwing the things out is thinking their wants and needs are more important than the person who owns the things feelings....

Moving house is VERY stressful

I'm saying nothing. I have been left home 15 years and still have loads of my stuff in my Mum's loft and garage. 

I did the same thing and then realised I had left lil Aims red book behind (baby clinic book)
