isnt it a b@stard!!

we bought new house, its being renovated

ie radiators/boiler/electrics..

and we're trying to move in bit by bit

and i never knew how much crap we've saved over the years!

the youngest who's 13 & built like a brick sh!t house has found toys he had when he was 10, he hasnt seen for ages but wants them now

the eldest wants to keep all his trainers-about 30 odd pairs that he forgot he had & are knackered/too small

OH wants to keep EVERYTHING

ive thrown out about 8 black bags of crap that i'll never ever use because if i havent used it over the last few years-i probably dont want/need it & i havent finished yet

its driving me effing mental!

I have git much better than I was but I'm still a bit of a klingon. Sometimes that's good - I'm getting into old clothes that I loved but never threw out when I gained weight. I'm finding it hard to get rid of the stuff that doesn't fit me anymore

Actually I'm off to dig out an ancient pair of Levi 501's that were my favourite years and years ago ..........................they have not gone anywhere near me in years but I've kept them as a reminder.

If I manage to get into them I'll be over the moon. (Probably wouldn't dream of wearing them though).

I'm in the belief..if you don't have to feed it, it can stay..we moved once and mr stonks thought he was clever leaving things in the loft..I've never forgiven him because in some of the boxes were childhood memories, photo albums and silver wear....to throw something away that means alot to someone is like betrayal to me, the person throwing the things out is thinking their wants and needs are more important than the person who owns the things feelings....
