I cant remember the name of it but end of last summer ( i think) there was a compilation album out just for this. It was all fast paced music made for exercising. Maybe someone will know what it was called...
Trance.
Well ......she might be Chasing Pavements ............personally I love elected but I don't think she'll have heard of it.
Keep em coming ........she's 29 so unless they're real classic oldies like Eye of the Tiger, Rocky and Chariots of Fire she may not have heard of them
I suggested 'I'm so excited' and 'Rockerfeller Skank' but she turned her nose up
Corny... but how about Keep on Running
I thought the same .....................she looked at me like I was mad

Thank you - I'll let her know!
I liked them
I've been searching ............Vindaloo, Tubthumping, Hey Ya, Won't Get Fooled Again - these would all be a must for me - also Don't Stop Me Now and without a doubt Rockerfeller Skank!
Thanks all of you for your suggestions!
We want her to run.
Not get arrested

Sounds like her sort of stuff - she's 29. Cheers
Check out the Radio 1 charts and playlists Sooz, although it might be difficult to know which are upbeat and which aren't but I think they now have a wee sample button next to it where you can listen to a few secs.
Good luck to your daughter on her run!
I know one that'll be a must for her .........................she simply adored Boyzone when she was younger (still does)
I used to love Boyzone too, although listening to that made me feel old as my 9yr old rolled her eyes at my daft dancing............

Nor me - my daughters doing a 10k in Lincoln tomorrow and mt son is doing a half marathon in Manchester ........................they get it from their Dad - certainly not me.
I have also been known to do the Rocky dance after I've listened to
Bill Conti - Gonna fly now
while running in the early hours. There are steps close to where I live and once I've run up them I do my Rocky dance....every...single...time
Hope your kids do well Soozy
