Mine is brilliant, in small doses.
She tries to clean the whole house everytime she comes round, brings food parcels, clothes for the kids, even clothes that she claims she bought for herself, bit they don't fit, or suit, but miraculousy fit me.

She is brilliant with the kids and would have them for weekends etc., if we wanted a break. Drives them mad, but they love her.

My FIL is great too.

When we went away this summer, they came round and glossed the whole hall, stairs and landing.

They know I'm incompetent, but they loves me.

Mine can be seen regularly circling Canvey Island on her broom stick, we went there today to give her the Mothers day present we just haven't had time to deliver. That was only because she's off to America Wednesday and needed to borrow our suitcases, or she would have got her present at Christmas like normal, here you are MIL that's your Birthday present, that ones your Mothers day Present and these are your Christmas presents.

Thanks Pinkbabe I read your lovely Blog about greyhounds, but couldn't leave a reply, it was excellant.
Thanks EA, a subject very close to my heart and as Saturday was the Great Greyhound Gathering and no media coverage, something that should be highlighted.  She's asleep next to me at the moment and it's quite difficult to type with a greyhound's head on your lap!!

There are some very strange ones though.. check out Michael originally from the east side now in Jerusalem, very, very strange, but some are great, I like Lou's and SuBe, Lou usually makes me think, even if I don't post a reply, me I just waffle on mine about anything that springs to mind

I guess I am really lucky ...
Mine is a scorpio same as me, so we kind of have a spooky and deep understanding of each other.  I love her to bits, even though we call each other witches,   hags and other such niceties and I can tell her everything.  We keep each others secrets, and I can trust her to back me up in a dispute (against my husband!!) LOL
Mum No2 to me.......

I was engaged for 7 years to an ex, and his mum was an old bag, but I used to get more pleasure in pressing the right buttons tbh....

Mine's ok as she's about permanently 3,000 miles away -however, she really isn't too bad - except she won't use a microwave (we bought her one years ago and she uses it as a store cupboard) and therefore serves up 'warm food' after an eternity and overcooks the rice because she believes it should be like that (not in my recipe it isn't!)
Soon we'll have a holiday apartment across the corridor to her permanent/home apt - so I'll do the cooking my way, in a microwave to reheat, steam etc and food she's never eaten!
