I've just watched last nights offering, what on earth was Yvette doing?  She kept shouting for the ghosty to 'use your fingers again...go on.... use your fingers..... use both hands'.  Yvette there are channels dedicated to this sort of filth!

She was in need of a good old scratch!

stuart and Karl are great always make me laugh.

Those two clowns are the main reasons why I dont trust the show, they are conmen, haven't you noticed that whenever theres a banging noise one of those two (if not both) come out of the area where the noise was heard and say" is everyone alright, I heard a noise"  lol

And Stuart always gets possessed these days too.

And Karl always feels unwell at some point in every show but soon recovers as if nothing happened....Hmmm.

I have a bad feeling about to night - evil spirits are surrounding the team - be careful of someone called William  he's following Karl and Stuart

MH is like the Emperor's New Clothes of TV...everyone knows it's 'naked' but no-one wants to say. The most unashamedly charlatan cash cow I've seen. Pity as it started out (with Jason) pretty interesting. The new one starting next week (Ghost Adventures) looks fun.


For entertainment value, I loved the series 'Scream Team' (UK) and 'Celebrity Paranormal Project'...the latter was SO openly fixed (you actually saw phenomena) and had celebrities racing around derelict buildings screeching their little lungs out in what seemed to be genuine fear.

Load of old cobblers. Reminds me of my mate's birthday parties when we were about 10 and her parents used to leave a gang of us alone in the house with half a bottle of potato wine to have "seances". Which mostly comprised us switching the lights off, playing Blondie over and over on the stereo and scaring the cat..

Could you imagine?  They would absolutely crap themselves!  TV gold.

It's a shame really, because when they first started doing the show, it was really good, but then they just seemed to go up themselves and try to over dramatise things and completely ruined it.

Dave I meant to ask, is the MHL you have ours with the god awful Yvette and Karl, or is there an American version?

I often wake up with my hair being mussed by a phantom of the night, but I just pull my jama bottoms back up and tell Mr Cinds to go back to sleep.

I can't stand Yvettes over dramatic entrance on to the stage every night, head bowed, spooky music, Yvette dressed in a very long black coat with white blouse bowed collars sticking over the top, like some sort of demented preacher.

Hahahaha I'm not even watching it tonight, I'm still in my office listening to the radio instead, but I can imagine what they are staging, ooops I mean experiencing.  I'm recording it, so I'll watch it tomorrow.

I wasn't in the least bit gutted that the electrical beam from the tesla didn't zap Karl whilst he was in the Farraday cage  oh no I wasn't!

I think we only watch it to moan about how bloody fake it all is.

Oh and the webcams are shit, too small a viewing screen,not that anything ever happens despite hallucinating texters to the show stating otherwise.

At least it lets us vent our anger  and we can have a good old laff at evvie and her crew

Katty I think you're right about why we watch it, (why so I always say that in my head as watch shit - anyway).  

Maybe tonight if we sniff some petrol before we start viewing the webcams we might actually see something.

I'm sitting watching last nights show, and they are just doing the ouija board with Paul Ross, and he's just said 'I feel really sad'!  I thought 'hmmmmmm we all knew that'

Its all a bit of fun...
With the right build up ... a drifting piece of fluff  caught on night vision camera is terrifying
