I'm not sure how Morrisons expect to attract decent hard working families using a pair who gave their name to a pornographic photography style.
The old ones are the best!

Morrisons is depressing or it is up here in Baillieston and Bellshill.
Sorry I couldn't break it more gently
Mind you Blackpool's is a different ball game.
Morrisons is the worst supermarket in my nearest shopping Town
their Store in another Town a few miles away is not so bad .... still not worth travelling for when I can go in Waitrose or M+S there instead
I shop in Morrisons. The store near to me, carries a good range of products and the staff are friendly. (And I love Ant and Dec).
Our Morrison's is just on the doorstep - very convenient, very good, staff all lovely. Can't believe they were 'down' at Christmas I've shopped there for years and never, ever seen it even half as busy as it was this Christmas. (Perhaps it was full of pick pockets)
I'm not a particularly 'loyal' shopper though - I do Marks in the week - Aldi every couple of weeks, Sainsbury's online when I can't be arsed and often get toiletries, soap powder stuff from Wilkos or Bodycare if there's a good offer on.
Ant n Dec wouldn't make any difference to where I shop TBH.
nope - i've read it six times now in various accents and I still don't get. Help me out

Glad it's not just me.

Help me out Cinds!!!
Ant and Dec is a North East expression, first made popular by VIZ magazine, a term for the modern style female part viewed from a particular direction.
videlicet: That's enough chest pictures Katie, now bend over and we'll get some Ant and Dec shots.
Ant and Dec: A bald c*** and a little a***hole.
If I may put it so as not to offend.
If you had ever visited the Morrisons at Cowgate (Newcastle) it would put you off for life. You could go there wearing the worlds muddiest wellies and an outfit that has been sat at the bottom of the dirty washing basket for 3 weeks and you would still look well dressed and smell the nicest.

In light of that maybe they would be more suited fronting an ad campaign for C&A

Is this common knowledge? First I've ever heard it
As fer Morrisons, it's the only shop I don't have anywhere nearby so I can't go even if I want to Oh, also no Aldi...
Our Morrison's is OK, although I dod find there stuff a bit pricey these days.... but I do like Ant and Dec

All part of the majestic GJ ride.
Other substitutes are not available.
I would not start shopping somewhere if Ant & Dec were part of the stores promotion. But I would stop shopping somewhere if the store began to use Ant & Dec in their promotions. Yep, I dislike them that much...
I do from time to time shop in Morrisons which to be fair is a very good store, I'm not loyal to any one store I shop where the nearest supermarket is to me at the time of needing food, so I use Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsbury's and occasionally M&S, mainly Tesco's and Sainsbury's.
My nearest Morrisons is about 20 miles away ... but I do take my mum there sometimes for a bit of a day out!!
I love their cafe, the food is dead cheap, I love their cheap fruit and veg, love their flowers and plants, and always take a cool box so that I can stock up on the frozen stuff that isn't in my local supermarket.
I can't imagine being influenced by celebrities endorsing products or organisations ... I'm more likely to be swayed by price or customer service.
Oh, and I love Ant and Dec

Same here, I wouldn't start or stop shopping somewhere just cos of who was advertising it... even if I didn't like them, it's not like I'm going to bump into Ant and Dec at my local Morrisons, or Delia and Heston in Waitrose
I'll certainly stop shopping there if there is any whiff of 'em being involved. Though to be fair we only go once a week and that's mainly to see what's in the chuckout.
We are lucky to have a local co-op and for political reasons we put as much business their way as we can.
I can't stand those overgrown cheeky chappy, professional Geordies but they are very popular despite their tiresome shtick being long, long past its sell by date.
