Yay, I can now shop at Morrison's again after they have dropped Dec & Ant from their adverts after posting dreadful profits for the last year.

Bad luck chaps. They can't have been any more offputting than Peter Andre for Iceland. He looks like he wouldn't touch their party food with a bargepole.

So you wouldn't shop at Morrisons because Ant and Dec were in their adverts?
Hey you lot - just be happy Morrisons have been voted breakfast supplier of the year.
Buttered toast JUST 75p
- who the chuff would have their brekkie in a supermarket anyway?
Peasants?
I like Ant & Dec And I like Morrisins cafe ....not for brekkie though
. . . and thank goodness for that

Yes, that is correct. I don't buy or shop with businesses or companies I don't like. Well that and the fact that their fresh produce last 5 minutes.

Only because, these days , I can't get up and organised to go out for breakfast
I go where I need/want to. Not because people I do or don't like happen to advertise for them

Nothing wrong with eating out but one has to choose appropriately

So why are you saying you're going to shop there now. Their policies and produce haven't changed.
What's wrong with Ant man and Dec pet?
Agreed they weren't born in Jesmond like yours truly but lets not hold that against them

It's not so much that I am going to shop there but I now can as they don't have those two on the payroll and I'm not lining their pockets. I would be unlikely to buy fresh produce from them unless I were going to use it pretty quick. I will stick with my Sainsbury's which is more local to my home as I like their produce more.
As a supermarket Morrisons have got to change, they are in a bad position being squeezed from both ends by the established big names and the Lidl type supermarkets.
Maybe an opportunity for someone with a bit of spare cash to take a punt on Morrisons shares.
Agreed Velvy - others are mere pretenders to the great throne
My friend works for Morissons and she says they are "horrible to work for"

Well, we DID tell you it wasn't a seat!
Wjshaw Tesco have had self check-outs for ages and have recently introduced 'scan-as-you-go' units.
Haw haw Fluffs . . . . I do the jokes
Does scan-as-you-go give a running total?
