But, it would be even better, if you actually took the healthy advice of others (i.e consult with your GP). You have to want to help yourself first, in order to feel better - repetition is no good for you, or those who care.

It would be lovely if you could face these anxieties only when you really have to. Would be good not to be whittling unnecessarily. And of course you may never have to face them, because what sometimes seems like a major problem eventually turns out to be nothing of the sort.
