Miracle on 34th Street - my favourite Christmas film of all time - begins on Channel 4 now.
It's the lovely original version with Edmund Gwenn, Maureen O'Hara and Natalie Wood.
It encapsulates the spirit of Christmas, especially through a child's eyes.
