Ironically I was looking at a property over a shop this week. Looking for a cheap place near work to move to for a short period. It's quite a nice building above a hair dresses.

Buy the lot up (eventually) and place a Gym, indoor pool and spa.....hey presto....

 

They'd have to do something with the outside facade before I'd even think of looking inside, Syd.  Nowadays the refurbs etc in London are much nicer looking I think
