I think this dough idea may last a year or so then lose popularity.
Calorie content of that tub I would say 800-1000

I tend to be one of only two in my group that does it. Mainly because I have been handling menus and shaking hands and not always wanting to go to the toilet to wash hands.

I have been to some of these trendy burger joints and some have quite extensive menus. I am not seeing anything different about these two Black Bear people, except that I can't taste it and it may well be a very delicious burger.
