I can understand why she's doing his head in...she just won't leave him alone and is rude, nosey and aggressive, especially when she's full of wine and yes, I agree: cackle, cackle, cackle and trying to get a reaction from him....Why he's getting Natalie involved 'though and not just telling her himself, I'm not sure

spongey      He has a point tho...

Having seen clips of Denise badgering him big time ... Michael is finally cracking. I don't think he comes across as superior - he's just self-contained.

It reminds me of that book Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus...That harpy should just leave him alone in his own space... don't expect him to chat and ask questions if he doesn't feel the need to

I think he's asking Natalie [  ] to pass on the message because he's learned he can't have a reasonable exchange with Denise... she'll only browbeat him again.

See, other than the 'last supper' stuff,(which was a bit childish, admittedly,)  I can't remember him ever being rude to her, but I see her being repeatedly rude, aggressive and badgering towards him. I just watched this clip. My take on it is that he just doesn't want to expose his inner soul for everyone to see and for her to do an amateur psycho-analysis job on. I don't think he's arrogant, just quite a private person and she can't stand it.

I haven't seen any of his films Baz, but I did vaguely recognise him when he first went in and thought: "What a twonk" ....then grew to love him

Yes, they are allowed to discuss noms Super ... In fact I am sure that Scotty will soon be putting a very interesting noms discussion clip on the forum . As for Michael I was ambivalent at first , then I started to like him , but the last couple of days I have felt my Grrrrrr hackles rising I don't know what it is but something about his attitude makes me uneasy .... It obviously touches a nerve somewhere

That sums up perfectly what I think about her. She needs to get over herself, shes not all that, and lay off the grape juice.

I didn't catch all of the last supper' convo, but the impression I got was that Michael didn't quite 'get' what she was meaning, but she didn't give him the chance to think about it or ask questions about it, it was a constant barrage of 'come on Michael - what would you have, what would your favourite meal be....your last meal before you die....on and on and on without a pause.

I think she was meaning it in a 'the condemned man ate a hearty meal' sort of way, but did HE know that? If he was imagining someone lying on their death-bed, about to pop their clogs any minute now, then yes I can see why you'd be asking why you'd be wanting to eat.

Given a death-bed scenario, it does seem a bit bizarre to be thinking of having a three course meal.

This!

I know you meant Natalie, not Denise, rosie. He`s chosen the wrong one to confide in - Natalie is a stirring gossip.
