I have been trying to think who Frankie reminds me of and, after watching that clip, I remembered that it is my Auntie Doris.  She was a strange-looking woman who wore an ever stranger hat.

Wasn't able to see the clip on FB but I think it's pretty sad if she

 "hides behind this character she has made"  although she's not really hiding if she openly criticises others just to "get work"...find another job

She looked gob smacked that someone had actually asked her WHY she gets involved with things that haven't got anything too do with her  then when Denise walks past she say's Michael called her a bully (or bitch) and straight away he snaps back i never said that  he's got her card marked

No, its because you're a woman that likes to bitch and gossip.  When I heard about Natasha's expose's my initial reaction was 'It doesn't concern me, so I don't give a crap', and funnily enough I still feel the same way.
