No, not a time warp...they've always been like this. And I still don't trust them even tho they're saying they'll destroy nuclear plants ad all the rest of it. Him and Putin, I wouldn't trust as far as I could fling them

I've always said that the most telling things I've ever seen or read about North Korea are the satellite photos of the country at night:
