They are the Silver Arrows.
Fine driver but no example living in Monaco. They lost me there.

It's the BLM car no less - instigated by BAME hero Hamilton who never said a thing about ethnic issues til it became a 'thing'
Correct
Finally they're finding their voice and good on them. Why should the colour of someone's skin matter?
It never has. It's Merc's tokenism and cowtowing.
So why are the other drivers joining in with kneeling?
And yes, people's skin colour does make a difference to the racists

Not all. Hamilton wouldn't lead me.
They should drop it.

No, why should they? Haven't they got a voice as much as anyone else?
Where would you like it to end? We don't need preached at.
End of the season for all sports and start next seasons afresh
Fair enough
Still, I hope he's aware of the 540K Hitler if he truly wants to take a stand. Or knee.
The Nazi's bailed them out.
Hamilton never started something though he's had a platform and a voice for years.
He joined something when it came in vogue
Hmmmmm
I think Hamilton is a poser. Likewise Joshua.
It's personality. And Hamilton owe's it all to Ron Dennis.
The driver drives car, no matter who designs, builds and runs the team, it still has to pass the winning post first to win......
This isn't the hayday of F1 though.
And he's still a poser.
Mansell - modest.
Jackie Stewart - drivers safety.
Damon Hill - modest. After Schumi drove him off the track.
James Hunt - legend over Lauda.
Hamilton - bling.

But a winning poser
Isn't that what itâs all about, winning?
He's a good driver Moons, don't get me wrong
I'm separating the personality here. And thank feck he never got that McLaren F1.

He makes it more about the winning - his choice
But it's the timing
Feck, he owe's it all to non coloured men and he's complaining. I don't hear him.

I'm afraid that is far too simplistic a view and one which really needs to be informed by a greater understanding of what may have happened the LH over a number of years. He may feel that he is now in a strong enough position to say something where previously he was not.
Let's face it, how many black F1 drivers do we see, even now ???

I disagree - someone speaking out about racism in general or personal experiences throughout life would surely have support from someone like Mercedes - why would he not be supported?
He didn't have to point a finger at anyone but what he did do was chose to remain silent . . . . until now

Because black/brown people have been 'sat on' for far too long. Good on them that they've found their voices. I say again.....why should the colour of someone's skin matter?
Tis interesting though that I have never seen Chinese or Pakistani minorities rioting or attacking the Police or wandering the street in gangs to attack other gangs
I understand the reasons for this are complex and way beyond me ... but still very interesting
Also the "black community" makes up 3% of the National population ... i was astounded at that
