on the serious topic of abuser groupees. .I think it is pertinent to mention that JJ himself has said that he thinks him and Josie would make a bad couple anyway cos of the fights they ahve and how they would get so out of hand too much..  [fromt eh Caoumhe trying to fix it for Josie night]

some people are like that with each other. .my ex hubby and I were. .he turned me into a raving looney  banshee and drove me around the twist.. .. he was a great guy but not when we were together he was a pain in the ass..   but other guys have never had that effect..

so to conclude it's not that JJ is aggressive to all women just those that he rubs up the wrong way who then bite back and those that rub him up the wrong way so he bites back

I think that makes sense.. I know what I mean anyway .. I think
Mount Olympus *Olly*
...dunno Olly.    Is it not all about the growing & learning phases.  I had some extremely stormy relationships in my early years..   I was never under the thumb of an abuser or controller...  but I did have a couple of proper fisty cuffs with ex's!

As you grow you learn.

Hubby reckons JJ is a virgin..   and there are times when it wouldn't surprise me if he actually was.

They are flawed...   I suspect they would be bad for each other in the long run... but perhaps have some good times along the way.

I am not gagging for them to get it on...   I love their friendship though...

they are real... they are people...  they are imperfect, but a lot of their imperfections are out there and are house issues...  watching them confront these traits and then watch whether they decide to or are able to curb these traits is what its all about for me.

Dave isn't going to change, Mario is so guarded (we know very very little about the inner workings of Mario) that we are unable to see a change, Steve is too old and crap to change, Corin - well that one would be a quick fix imo... but she won't change, Keever - hate to say it... but there is potential there...  every now & then I see a glimmer of something funny in Keever...  then her darkside takes over again.

Andrew - he's lovely...  but he's got a lot more to do before he's on my winning list.   I don't want him out.    Keeley - hard to say at the mo...  I am finding myself backing her as a reaction to Steve, Rachel - irrational and unfounded opinion here - she does my head in.

Which leaves Ben.   Ben drives me insane... but I grudgingly acknowledge he has been a good housemate...  some of the stuff he said in last nights row have shoved him back onto my dislike list...  I would love to see more of the side of him I saw the other night when he helped Andrew in the chef task.

I am hating people slating Josie for her size...  that is doing my head in as well.

waffle chapter 1 complete!

I would like to say I am no JJ fan as you know but I hope I have kept any comment that I have made directed at the HM not other forummers.  I have read through some of the threads and did not like how some of the comments have become personal.  If I have ever crossed a line like that I would hope that one of you would drop JJ on my head from a very great height (two birds, one stone etc).

Right that being said 'GET JJ OUT'

There's no argument I can think of to put forward when people decide I am the sort of woman that marries a serial killer (though MrD was a bit pissed off when I read that post out to him)...    that kind of thing is not posted to debate... its a firm held opinion that won't change.

I briefly got worried that by being out & proud with my opinions some would forever hold it against me...  but then realised that those people are not people that really know me anyway!

so, does that mean that you aren't aiming it at us then...  but at the unseen tweenies? If so, that's good to know   thank you  not you in particular...  but its getting harder to tell if I should be personally offended or not out there!
No - I'm not at all - it is the unseen tweenies and the unseen women my age and then of course some of you are my age and like him and I feel daft cos you are all lovely and I don't want to cause offence.
Oh it is hard being me
