If I out any of my cats in the bin they would just go to sleep. I am surprised I havent found the old one in there, she is always getting in the laundry baskets.

Any cat worth their salt can retract their claws when appropriate to do so. I bet you have never made that mistake.

Sometimes, as cats get older, they lose the ability to fully retract their claws. One of my old cats used to have no end of problems getting off the sofa

I got a bit wrapped up in it when Josie was crying in the DR...    even though I KNEW she walked today...  I was still shouting at the telly "just go girl...  leave...   do it"

She did the right thing by walking

BB were stupid not to give the whole house more warning about the UBB thing.......any winner was going to find that near impossible to handle. Let alone a winner with a lot to worry about.

I think it was a silly idea, making her stay. She was so depressed last night I thought she would go before the end of the week....ALL those 10 know each other and have all met already (Nick confirmed that several times today), no one could start over with a whole load of people like that.

But, in the last day (the first time I watched it) she kept saying she couldnt do it, she couldnt stay in any longer, she really didnt want to.

I'm really pleased she went out of the fire escape rather than waiting for BB to give her permission to leave.

they all came into the house... all exuberant and refreshed..   to her it must have been like "I can't do this again... not from the start"

add to that the bollox being said to her about John James & other stuff they had watched of the last umpteen weeks.

Also..   every day she was in there her "winners buzz" on the outside was diminishing.   It may have sounded like a good idea when they thought up UBB..   but in reality it felt like a really shoddy way of rewarding a BB winner.

I do hope they put Sammy Pepper in there though!   I would LOVE to see him tornado around that house!

see, I always said there is no way I would go back in if I had just won BB.. and all my Friends & family were out there...  and a whole new set of hm's were to go in.   And I had heard Josie being dubious about it just after they found out about UBB.

Makes you wonder what sort of coercion or persuading BB put on them all in the DR the day before the finale!

i'M CONVINCED THAT THERE WAS a lot of pressure put on them. I also think tthey were probably told - if you can't hack it you can walk. They just really needed the winner to go back in on Friday - after that I'm not sure that they were bothered.

Ca you imagine Davina asking "do you want to go back in an compete in UBB" and the winner saying "erm......nah, don't think I'll bother ta". It was never going to happen was it.

I would love to see this too.

But also think there is a danger we would be disappointed.

I don't think it would have been bad if it had though!    In a way it would have been quite good...   kinda brought a bit of reality back to it!

And they could have always asked her to go back in for an hour (til the end of the UBB launch)...  act like she was in there for good...   then given her some kind of devious task to do...   or had her deliver a task on the plasma from the DR before breaking the news to the newbies she was orf!

the prize for passing the task could have been luxury budget or whatever..   the cost of failing the task a new Sam Pepper shaped housemate!   (or worse... Charley Uchea shaped )
