And now.... cos we were talking about you... he has put his recruiter head on and says you should apply to work for Datamonitor. (but you would have to move to London).
Datamonitor - hubby says although Datamonitor are good in their own right, the big consultancies like McKinsey like people that go from uni to Datamonitor... then on to them. And with a 2:1 in Biochem (with genetics)... your analytical skills plus specialist knowledge would be right up their street.
FWIW... I would LOVE to work for Datamonitor. its right up my geek street!
Sagentia is another company that used to be a client of hubbys... based just outside of Cambridge, they used to Scientific Generics... they have several different market sectors... they don't always advertise their vacancies... often using recruiters to head hunt. They DO like promising graduates. Again... hubby says he would be punting your CV at them if you were his candidate. ALthough he says they like people to apply directly if poss
