He is a very angry young man - Sam is a pain it is true but he did not deserve that .
I have been on the end of that many a time...

People very often detest HM's based on personal experiences of similar characters rather than purely the HM themselves. At least I hope they do, because it helps me ignore some of what can seem like irrational hatred on here sometimes, the stuff that otherwise would make me leave Gaga and never come back. I've reacted that way to HM's in the past myself, so your explanation makes perfect sense You certainly didn't owe us an explanation...... but it's appreciated all the same.
