Well my sleep pattern is all over the place - I've been up since 5am. Jetlag doesn't usually hit me till the second day after I'm back, so I'll probably sleep through most of tomorrow.
I usually find I get it worse travelling east rather then west... can take about a day per hour change to feel fully back to normal
