seems like a million years since I've posted anything, just been too busy with work for the last week & half, been there at 6 every morning, and not got home until after 3 every day, so been totally knackered, having said that, some of the time has been spent at the gym each day, just got to get the extra *sat around poundage* off me

my usual hours tho, are 7am till about 11am ...... anyhow, Sam is sorta growing on me

And I really really hope with all my heart that dave gets booted out this friday, that guy is really getting on my knockers
