Meat eating question.

There is a bit in today's Grauniad G2 about various issues in the meat industry. Today t'was mainly based on how Americans farm Turkeys. Mrs. Joe and I were discussing it over lunch of soup and ham sandwiches. One thing that came up in our debate, which we had never considered.......... If people of the Jewish and Moslem religions don't eat Pork because they think it unclean, why then do they eat crap like sea-food and poultry?
